More information about this job

Perella Weinberg Partners (PWP) offers a 10-week summer internship in its Advisory business across its offices in the US.  The program provides interns the opportunity to work closely with various deal teams and contribute meaningfully to challenging transactions and the broad range of services PWP provides to its clients.  Upon joining the firm, interns participate in a formal training program, which features a robust, detailed curriculum to develop interns’ modelling and analytical expertise.  Training and staffings are complemented by social and networking events to deepen interns’ understanding of the Firm and industry, and develop long-lasting relationships.

After training, interns are fully immersed and thoughtfully placed on projects by a dedicated summer staffer. Interns are responsible for building financial valuation models, creating client presentations, engaging in due diligence processes, and conducting company and industry research. Interns are encouraged to recognize and evaluate the nuances of each transaction, leading to a well-rounded, highly quantitative skill set.

PWP offers a truly distinctive experience where interns are staffed on lean deal teams and are expected to collaborate directly with the industry’s most highly regarded experts.  Our entrepreneurial environment fosters an apprenticeship-like culture, and interns, like all junior bankers at PWP, are expected to take on an outsized level of responsibility and make an impact.

PWP’s internship program is recognized by Vault as the #1 Investment Banking Internship, #1 for Career Development and #2 Overall Internship Program.  Join our program to learn what makes this a unique experience and to contribute to our continued success.  Opportunities are available in our US offices below.   New York interns join as generalists, while interns in other offices cover specific industries.

  • Calgary: Energy
