Overview

Chicago Opportunity:

Perella Weinberg Partners will be opening a Chicago office in 2018 and is actively seeking Summer Analysts to work in its Advisory business. This is a great opportunity to join a new team focused on M&A across multiple sectors, including Industrials, Consumer and Healthcare.  Being a part of a growing business, Summer Analysts will be able to have immediate impact, access and responsibility.

Internship Program Description:

Perella Weinberg Partners (PWP) offers a 10-week summer internship in its Advisory business across its offices in the US.  Interns in the Chicago office will have the opportunity to play a key role on challenging transactions and contribute meaningfully as part of a lean team.  Upon joining the firm, interns participate in a formal training program, which features a robust, detailed curriculum to develop interns’ modelling and analytical expertise.  Training and staffings are complemented by social and networking events to deepen interns’ understanding of the Firm and industry, and develop long-lasting relationships.

After training, interns are fully immersed on projects and are responsible for building financial valuation models, creating client presentations, engaging in due diligence processes, and conducting company and industry research. Interns are encouraged to recognize and evaluate the nuances of each transaction, leading to a well-rounded, highly quantitative skill set.  Our entrepreneurial environment fosters an apprenticeship-like culture, and interns, like all junior bankers at PWP, are expected to take on an outsized level of responsibility and make an impact.
