Overview

Perella Weinberg Partners is actively searching for a full time junior support technician who is smart, hardworking and goal oriented to join our NY office. You will support Perella Weinberg Partners users in NY, London, Denver, San Francisco, LA, Houston and Austin throughout all areas of the firm. You will be expected to provide first and second level support to all employees.

 

You will have direct exposure to the business, help troubleshoot technology issues with users and be mentored by senior team members. Knowledge of the following is required:

  • Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Add-ins
  • Network printer setup
  • Active Directory user account management
  • Python or Powershell Scripting
  • Remote assistance of a user

 

Knowledge of the following is a PLUS:

  • Experience with MS Exchange
  • Light SQL scripting
  • Virtual Desktop support in a corporate environment
  • Mobile Device Management
  • Enterprise level video conferencing

Must have experience supporting users in a fast paced environment. Ideal candidates will be quick learners with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
